Hi Everyone,
What a year it's been in the Belle Hawk studio. Phew! Amazing.
When I pause and look back on 2018, I am completely thrilled with the response to my paintings! And very grateful to all who have supported me in my art business.
I'm constantly learning. Pricing, promotion, technical skills, subject matter, gallery and exhibition decisions... it's all on the path of a lone artist and I'm cutting my track and hoping that I'm going in the right direction. It seems so far so good!
Currently, I have works on show at CharlieWho in Taupo. This has been a fun collaboration with Charlotte at her boutique, which is filled with wonderful fashion, art and homeware. I love the cross-over between art and fashion. I've shown portraits as well as landscapes there. Meantime, I'm working away to finish some smaller works to stock the website for summer. New paintings are being uploaded each week, so keep an eye on Instagram and Facebook for the latest additions. Art makes a great gift!
