A new original abstract painting in deep, deep hues. A base of Paynes Grey worked with some lighter blues and gestural mark making with oil pastel. Beautifully textured on raw linen, this is a departure for Georgie into darker tones, deeper abstraction and a minimal palette. 
The familiar primitive white hut form represents a beacon of light amid the storm.
